Article L1534-6 of the French Public Health Code

With the exception of articles L. 1271-1, L. 1271-7 and L. 1271-8, the provisions of Chapter I of Title VII of Book II of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

Persons guilty of offences under the provisions of the previous paragraph shall also be subject to the additional penalty of disqualification from exercising the professional or social activity in the exercise of which or on the occasion of which the offence was committed.

A l’exception des articles L. 1271-1, L. 1271-7 et L. 1271-8, les dispositions du chapitre Ier du titre VII du livre II de la présente partie sont applicables dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises.

Les personnes coupables des délits prévus par les dispositions prévues à l’alinéa précédent encourent également la peine complémentaire d’interdiction d’exercer l’activité professionnelle ou sociale dans l’exercice de laquelle ou à l’occasion de laquelle l’infraction a été commise.
