Article L1543-1 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter I of Title VII of Book II of this Part is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, with the exception of Article L. 1271-1-1, the second paragraph of Article L. 1271-5, Articles L. 1271-7 and L. 1271-8, and the second paragraph of Article L. 1271-2 for New Caledonia, and subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter.

Article L. 1271-2 is applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

The second paragraph of the same article is applicable in New Caledonia as it stood prior to the same law.

Article L1543-1

Le chapitre Ier du titre VII du livre II de la présente partie est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, à l’exception de l’article L. 1271-1-1, du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1271-5, des articles L. 1271-7 et L. 1271-8, et du second alinéa de l’article L. 1271-2 pour la Nouvelle-Calédonie, et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

L’article L. 1271-2 est applicable en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.

Le second alinéa du même article est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans sa rédaction antérieure à la même loi.
