Individual allocations under the components of the global operating grant mentioned in articles L. 2334-1 and L. 3334-1 may be established by order of the Minister responsible for local authorities published in the Journal officiel. This publication serves as notification to the local authorities and public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation.

Les attributions individuelles au titre des composantes de la dotation globale de fonctionnement mentionnées aux articles L. 2334-1 et L. 3334-1 peuvent être constatées par arrêté du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales publié au Journal officiel. Cette publication vaut notification aux collectivités territoriales et aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale.
