The number of members making up the special delegation is set at three in communes where the population does not exceed 35,000.

This number may be increased to seven in communes with a higher population.

Le nombre des membres qui composent la délégation spéciale est fixé à trois dans les communes où la population ne dépasse pas 35 000 habitants.

Ce nombre peut être porté jusqu’à sept dans les communes d’une population supérieure.
