Article L2142-3 of the French Public Health Code

Any breach of the legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to medically assisted procreation observed in an establishment, organisation, health cooperation group or laboratory, and caused by the latter, will result in the temporary or definitive withdrawal of the authorisations provided for in Article L. 2142-1, under the conditions set out in Article L. 6122-13.

The authorisation may also be withdrawn if the prescriptions laid down in the authorisation are violated or if the volume of activity or the quality of the results are insufficient.

Article L2142-3

Toute violation constatée dans un établissement, un organisme, un groupement de coopération sanitaire ou un laboratoire, et du fait de celui-ci, des prescriptions législatives et réglementaires applicables à l’assistance médicale à la procréation, entraîne le retrait temporaire ou définitif des autorisations prévues à l’article L. 2142-1, dans les conditions fixées à l’article L. 6122-13.

Le retrait de l’autorisation est également encouru en cas de violation des prescriptions fixées par l’autorisation ou si le volume d’activité ou la qualité des résultats sont insuffisants.
