Art. 511-18 -The act of conceiving human embryos in vitro or creating them by cloning for research purposes is punishable by seven years’ imprisonment and a fine of 100,000 Euros.

Art. 511-18.-Le fait de procéder à la conception in vitro ou à la constitution par clonage d’embryons humains à des fins de recherche est puni de sept ans d’emprisonnement et de 100 000 Euros d’amende.
