Article L2171-7 of the French Public procurement code

The conditions of performance of a global contract involving the design of a work include the obligation to identify a project management team responsible for the design of this work and for monitoring its completion.
For building works, the task entrusted to the project management team includes the elements of the task defined in article L. 2431-1 adapted to the specific nature of global contracts, in accordance with the conditions laid down by regulation.

Les conditions d’exécution d’un marché global comportant des prestations de conception d’ouvrage comprennent l’obligation d’identifier une équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre chargée de la conception de cet ouvrage et du suivi de sa réalisation.
Pour les ouvrages de bâtiment, la mission confiée à l’équipe de maîtrise d’œuvre comprend les éléments de la mission définie à l’article L. 2431-1 adaptés à la spécificité des marchés globaux, dans les conditions prévues par voie réglementaire.
