Prior to awarding a project management contract for the construction of a building, the purchaser subject to the provisions of Book IV organises a competition, under the conditions and subject to the exceptions, depending on the value of the contract or the nature of the projects entrusted, laid down by regulation.

Préalablement à la passation d’un marché de maîtrise d’œuvre ayant pour objet la réalisation d’un ouvrage de bâtiment, l’acheteur soumis aux dispositions du livre IV organise un concours, dans des conditions et sous réserve des exceptions, fonction du montant du marché ou de la nature des projets confiés, prévues par voie réglementaire.
