For application of article L. 225-228, when the company’s shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, the Board of Directors shall choose the statutory auditors it intends to propose, without the Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, if they are directors, taking part in the vote.

Pour application de l’article L. 225-228, lorsque les actions de la société sont admises aux négociations sur un marché réglementé, le conseil d’administration choisit, sans que prennent part au vote le directeur général et le directeur général délégué, s’ils sont administrateurs, les commissaires aux comptes qu’il envisage de proposer.
