In the event of competition between creditors, the agent in charge of the sale proposes an amicable distribution between them.
If no agreement is reached, he will deposit the funds with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and refer the matter to the enforcement judge for the purpose of apportioning the price.

En cas de concours entre les créanciers, l’agent chargé de la vente propose une répartition amiable entre eux.
A défaut d’accord, il consigne les fonds auprès de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations et saisit le juge de l’exécution à l’effet de procéder à la répartition du prix.
