The mayor may, by reasoned order, having regard to the requirements of traffic and environmental protection:
1° Prohibit at certain times access to certain roads in the built-up area or certain sections of road, or reserve such access, at certain times or permanently, for various categories of users or vehicles;
2° Regulate the stopping and parking of vehicles or certain categories of them, as well as access to neighbouring buildings;
3° Reserving on the public highway or in any other parking area open to the public specially equipped parking spaces for vehicles used by holders of the “mobility inclusion” card bearing the mention “parking for disabled persons” mentioned in the article L. 241-3 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, vehicles benefiting from a “car-sharing” label, vehicles benefiting from a distinctive car-sharing sign, vehicles used by users of public passenger transport or very low emission vehicles within the meaning of Article L. 318-1 of the Highway Code.
