Article L2214-3 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, when the Finance Bill is discussed, the Minister for Health publishes a report on demographic developments in the country and on the application of the provisions of this Title.

This report shall include a discussion of the socio-demographic aspects of termination of pregnancy.

The Institut national d’études démographiques analyses and publishes, in conjunction with the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale, data relating to the practice of voluntary interruption of pregnancy in France.

Chaque année, à l’occasion de la discussion du projet de loi de finances, le ministre chargé de la santé publie un rapport rendant compte de l’évolution démographique du pays, ainsi que de l’application des dispositions du présent titre.

Ce rapport comporte des développements sur les aspects socio-démographiques de l’interruption de grossesse.

L’Institut national d’études démographiques analyse et publie, en liaison avec l’Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale, les données relatives à la pratique de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse en France.
