It is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros to prevent or attempt to prevent anyone from carrying out or obtaining information about a voluntary interruption of pregnancy or the prior procedures provided for by articles L. 2212-3 to L. 2212-8 by any means, including electronically or online, in particular by disseminating or transmitting allegations or information likely to intentionally mislead, with a view to dissuading, about the characteristics or medical consequences of a voluntary interruption of pregnancy:
1° Either by disrupting access to the establishments mentioned in Article L. 2212-2, the free movement of persons within these establishments or the working conditions of medical and non-medical staff ;
2° or by exerting moral and psychological pressure, threats or any act of intimidation against persons seeking information about a voluntary interruption of pregnancy, medical and non-medical staff working in the establishments mentioned in the same article L. 2212-2, women seeking a voluntary interruption of pregnancy or their families.
