Article L2232-16 of the French Labour Code

The company agreement or agreements are negotiated between the employer and the representative employee trade unions in the company. An agreement or agreements may be concluded at the level of an establishment or a group of establishments under the same conditions.

The present article is applicable to the revision and denunciation of the agreement or arrangement, regardless of how it was negotiated and ratified.

La convention ou les accords d’entreprise sont négociés entre l’employeur et les organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives dans l’entreprise. Une convention ou des accords peuvent être conclus au niveau d’un établissement ou d’un groupe d’établissements dans les mêmes conditions.

Le présent article est applicable à la révision et à la dénonciation de la convention ou de l’accord qu’elles qu’aient été ses modalités de négociation et de ratification.
