Article L2232-19 of the French Labour Code

When a company employs workers belonging to one or more outside companies, either on its own premises or on a site which it manages as a general company, the union representatives of the representative organisations in these companies shall, at their request, be heard during negotiations.

Lorsqu’une entreprise emploie soit dans ses locaux, soit dans un chantier dont elle assume la direction en tant qu’entreprise générale, des travailleurs appartenant à une ou plusieurs entreprises extérieures, les délégués syndicaux des organisations représentatives dans ces entreprises sont, à leur demande, entendus lors des négociations.
