The subject and frequency of negotiations as well as the necessary information to be given in advance to the trade union representatives of the company or establishment are set by agreement between the employer and the representative trade union organisations in the company, under the conditions provided for in articles L. 2222-3 and L. 2222-3-1 and without prejudice to the provisions provided for in articles L. 2242-1 et seq. relating to compulsory annual negotiations in the company.
