The cross-industry agreements include, for the benefit of company employees taking part in negotiations, as well as in meetings of the joint bodies they set up, stipulations relating to the procedures for exercising the right to be absent, compensation for loss of wages or the maintenance of wages, as well as compensation for travel expenses.

Les accords interprofessionnels comportent, en faveur des salariés d’entreprises participant aux négociations, de même qu’aux réunions des instances paritaires qu’ils instituent, des stipulations relatives aux modalités d’exercice du droit de s’absenter, à la compensation des pertes de salaires ou au maintien de ceux-ci, ainsi qu’à l’indemnisation des frais de déplacement.
