The rules of the collective company pension savings plan determine the conditions under which employees are informed of its existence and content.
If the plan is not set up by virtue of an agreement with the employees, the employer shall send the list of the names of all the employees to the plan manager. The manager informs each employee by name of the existence of a collective company retirement savings plan. These provisions do not apply to companies that have provided their employees with an individual information note on the existence and content of the plan, as provided for in the rules of the collective company retirement savings plan.
