Article L225-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Payments into a French sub-account of the pan-European individual retirement savings product which have given rise to the opening of a securities account are allocated to the acquisition of financial securities offering sufficient protection of the savings invested and appearing on a list established by regulation, taking into account the financial management procedures of the plan.

Payments into a French sub-account of the pan-European individual retirement savings product which have given rise to subscription to a group insurance contract whose performance is linked to the cessation of professional activity are allocated to the acquisition of rights expressed in euros, rights expressed in units of the diversification provision, rights expressed in units of annuities or rights expressed in units of account made up of the financial securities mentioned in the first paragraph of this article, subject to Article L. 131-1 of the Insurance Code.

Les versements dans un sous-compte français du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle ayant donné lieu à l’ouverture d’un compte-titres sont affectés à l’acquisition de titres financiers offrant une protection suffisante de l’épargne investie et figurant sur une liste fixée par voie réglementaire, en prenant en considération les modalités de gestion financière du plan.

Les versements dans un sous-compte français du produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle ayant donné lieu à l’adhésion à un contrat d’assurance de groupe dont l’exécution est liée à la cessation d’activité professionnelle sont affectés à l’acquisition de droits exprimés en euros, de droits exprimés en parts de provision de diversification, de droits exprimés en unités de rente ou de droits exprimés en unités de compte constituées des titres financiers mentionnés au premier alinéa du présent article, sous réserve de l’article L. 131-1 du code des assurances.
