Where the company does not fall within the territorial or professional scope of application of either a branch agreement or a professional or inter-professional agreement, the employer’s adherence to such an agreement is subject to the approval of the organisations mentioned in article L. 2232-16, after negotiations on the matter.

Lorsque l’entreprise n’entre pas dans le champ d’application territorial ou professionnel soit d’une convention de branche, soit d’un accord professionnel ou interprofessionnel, l’adhésion de l’employeur à une telle convention ou à un tel accord est subordonnée à un agrément des organisations mentionnées à l’article L. 2232-16, après négociation à ce sujet.
