Article L2312-56 of the French Labour Code

A group agreement may provide that the specific consultations and information mentioned in Articles L. 2312-8 and L. 2312-37 are carried out at group works council level. It sets out the procedures for forwarding the opinion of the group works council:

1° To each social and economic committee of the companies in the group, which remains consulted on the consequences of the projects on the company;

2° To the body responsible for the administration of the dominant undertaking in the group, as defined in article L. 2331-1.

Un accord de groupe peut prévoir que les consultations et informations ponctuelles mentionnées aux articles L. 2312-8 et L. 2312-37 sont effectuées au niveau du comité de groupe. Il prévoit les modalités de transmission de l’avis du comité de groupe :

1° A chaque comité social et économique des entreprises du groupe, qui reste consulté sur les conséquences des projets sur l’entreprise ;

2° A l’organe chargé de l’administration de l’entreprise dominante de ce groupe, définie à l’article L. 2331-1.
