Article L2313-1 of the French Public procurement code

To organise its purchasing, the purchaser may:
1° Pool its requirements with other purchasers, under the conditions set out in the section 1 ;
2° Allocate the services covered by the contract, under the conditions set out in section 2 . It may also decide to award a global contract under the conditions laid down in Chapter I of Title VII;
3° Reserve contracts for certain economic operators, under the conditions laid down in Section 3.

Article L2313-1

Pour organiser son achat, l’acheteur peut :
1° Procéder à une mutualisation de ses besoins avec d’autres acheteurs, dans les conditions prévues à la section 1 ;
2° Procéder à l’allotissement des prestations objet du marché, dans les conditions prévues à la section 2. Il peut également décider de passer un marché global dans les conditions prévues au chapitre Ier du titre VII ;
3° Réserver des marchés à certains opérateurs économiques, dans les conditions prévues à la section 3.
