Article L2315-21 of the French Labour Code

The members of the social and economic committee staff delegation are received collectively by the employer or his representative at least once a month. In urgent cases, they may be received at their request.

The employer may be assisted by collaborators. Together, they may not exceed the number of full employee representatives.

The members of the social and economic committee staff delegation are also received by the employer, at their request, either individually or by category, workshop, department or professional speciality, depending on the issues they have to deal with.

Les membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique sont reçus collectivement par l’employeur ou son représentant au moins une fois par mois. En cas d’urgence, ils sont reçus sur leur demande.

L’employeur peut se faire assister par des collaborateurs. Ensemble, ils ne peuvent être en nombre supérieur à celui des représentants du personnel titulaires.

Les membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique sont également reçus par l’employeur, sur leur demande, soit individuellement, soit par catégorie, soit par atelier, service ou spécialité professionnelle selon les questions qu’ils ont à traiter.
