Where it has a statutory right of access to the registers mentioned in Article L. 8113-4, the Social and Economic Committee is consulted prior to the introduction of an alternative medium under the conditions set out in that same article.

Lorsqu’il tient de la loi un droit d’accès aux registres mentionnés à l’article L. 8113-4, le comité social et économique est consulté préalablement à la mise en place d’un support de substitution dans les conditions prévues à ce même article.
