Article L232-9-3 of the French Sports Code

Any combination of three breaches of the whereabouts obligations set out in article L. 232-15 during a continuous period of twelve months is subject to the administrative sanctions set out in articles L. 232-21-1 to L. 232-23-3-12.

For the purposes of this article, any breaches of the whereabouts obligations set out in article L. 232-15 identified by the French Anti-Doping Agency, as well as any breaches of whereabouts obligations identified by other signatory organisations of the World Anti-Doping Code, shall be taken into account.

Toute combinaison de trois manquements aux obligations de localisation prévues par l’article L. 232-15 au cours d’une période continue de douze mois est passible des sanctions administratives prévues par les articles L. 232-21-1 à L. 232-23-3-12.

Pour l’application du présent article, sont pris en compte les manquements, constatés par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, aux obligations de localisation prévues par l’article L. 232-15 ainsi que les manquements aux obligations de localisation constatés par d’autres organisations signataires du code mondial antidopage.
