Where one company owns between 10% and 50% of the capital of another company, the former shall be deemed, for the purposes of sections 2 and 4 of this chapter, to have an interest in the latter.

Lorsqu’une société possède dans une autre société une fraction du capital comprise entre 10 et 50 %, la première est considérée, pour l’application des sections 2 et 4 du présent chapitre, comme ayant une participation dans la seconde.
