Article L2334-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the amount of the communal allowance exceeds the unit amount of the special grant as set by the local finance committee, the commune pays the difference directly to the schoolteacher concerned.

No sum shall be paid directly to the communes in respect of the operations referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 2334-29.

Article L2334-30

Lorsque le montant de l’indemnité communale est supérieur au montant unitaire de la dotation spéciale tel qu’il a été fixé par le comité des finances locales, la commune verse directement la différence à l’instituteur concerné.

Aucune somme n’est reversée directement aux communes au titre des opérations visées au second alinéa de l’article L. 2334-29.
