Article L2343-10 of the French Labour Code

The agenda for the annual meeting of the European Works Council is drawn up by the Chairman and the Secretary. It is communicated to the members of the committee at least fifteen days before the meeting.

In the absence of agreement on the content of the agenda, it is set by the chairman and communicated to the members of the committee at least ten days before the date of the meeting.

L’ordre du jour de la réunion annuelle du comité d’entreprise européen est arrêté par le président et le secrétaire. Il est communiqué aux membres du comité quinze jours au moins avant la séance.

A défaut d’accord sur le contenu de l’ordre du jour, celui-ci est fixé par le président et communiqué aux membres du comité dix jours au moins avant la date de la réunion.
