By way of derogation from the provisions of Article L. 2363-9 insofar as it refers to the first paragraph of Article L. 2353-32, the State in which the registered office of the European Cooperative Society is situated shall in any event have at least one registered office.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 2363-9 en ce qu’il fait référence au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2353-32, l’Etat dans lequel est situé le siège social de la société coopérative européenne bénéficie, en tout état de cause, d’au moins un siège.
