The employees’ representatives sitting on the administrative or supervisory body, or participating in the general meeting or in the section or branch meetings of the company resulting from the cross-border operation, are bound by the professional secrecy and obligation of discretion provided for in Article L. 2315-3.

Les représentants des salariés siégeant au sein de l’organe d’administration ou de surveillance, ou participant à l’assemblée générale ou aux assemblées de section ou de branche de la société issue de l’opération transfrontalière, sont tenus au secret professionnel et à l’obligation de discrétion prévus à l’article L. 2315-3.
