The authorised representative represents the project owner with regard to third parties in the exercise of the powers entrusted to him.
This representation is exercised until the project owner has established that the authorised representative’s mission has been completed under the conditions defined by the contract.

Article L2422-10

Le mandataire représente le maître d’ouvrage à l’égard des tiers dans l’exercice des attributions qui lui ont été confiées.
Cette représentation s’exerce jusqu’à ce que le maître d’ouvrage ait constaté l’achèvement de la mission du mandataire dans les conditions définies par le contrat.
