Article L2511-36 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The municipal council or the Paris council votes on capital expenditure, after consultation with a committee known as the “equipment programming conference” made up of the mayor of the municipality or the mayor of Paris and the mayors of the arrondissements.

An appendix to the budget and an appendix to the municipal or Paris account describe, by arrondissement, the municipality’s capital expenditure.

Le conseil municipal ou le conseil de Paris vote les dépenses d’investissement, après consultation d’une commission dénommée ” conférence de programmation des équipements ” composée du maire de la commune ou du maire de Paris et des maires d’arrondissement.

Une annexe du budget et une annexe du compte de la commune ou de la Ville de Paris décrivent, par arrondissement, les dépenses d’investissement de la commune.
