I. – A. – The employers referred to in article L. 2531-2 are required to make the payment provided for in said article to the bodies or departments responsible for collecting social security contributions and family allowances, in accordance with the rules governing collection, litigation and penalties applicable to the various social security schemes.
The proceeds are paid to Ile-de-France Mobilités.
The payments made are reimbursed by the said syndicate:
1° To employers who can prove that they have provided permanent accommodation at the place of work or fully provided collective transport for all or some of their employees and who, as a result, are exempt from payment of the special uniform monthly transport premium; this reimbursement is made in proportion to the number of employees transported or accommodated in relation to the total workforce. This reimbursement is maintained for the employers concerned, for the period remaining after the abolition of the urbanisation perimeter under the conditions of article L. 5341-2;
2° To employers, for employees employed within the urbanisation perimeters of new towns, when these employers have been established there for less than five years. For companies established within the urbanisation perimeters of new towns for more than five years and from 1995, the reimbursement is reduced each year by one fifth and is abolished from the fifth year.
B. – The State shall deduct from the amount of the payment provided for in Article L. 2531-2 a proportion determined in proportion to the number of serving military personnel for whom the administration provides permanent accommodation at their place of work or provides public transport free of charge.
II. – The Agence centrale des organismes de sécurité sociale or the body responsible for collection shall transmit annually to Ile-de-France Mobilités, at its request, the data and information relating to the payment intended to finance mobility services contributing to establishing the amount thereof.
The information transmitted to Ile-de-France Mobilités is covered by professional secrecy.
The terms and conditions for the application of this II are determined by a decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
