Article L2564-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Until 31 December 2013, by way of derogation from Article L. 2334-29, the amount of the special allocation for housing teachers in Mayotte is calculated by multiplying the number of teachers concerned in Mayotte by the unit amount of the special allocation. It is deducted from the first part of the special allocation and is allocated to the Department.

Jusqu’au 31 décembre 2013, par dérogation à l’article L. 2334-29, le montant de la dotation spéciale pour le logement des instituteurs de Mayotte est calculé en multipliant le nombre d’instituteurs concernés de Mayotte par le montant unitaire de la dotation spéciale. Il est imputé sur la première part de la dotation spéciale et est attribué au Département.
