Article L2573-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The provisions of Chapter II of Title I of Book II of Part Two mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, subject to the adaptations provided for in II and III.

II. – Article L. 2212-2 is completed by the following sentence:

“An order of the High Commissioner determines the conditions under which the national police and national gendarmerie services apply the requisitions of the mayor. “

III. – For the application of Article L. 2212-2-1:

1° The words: “500 euros” are replaced by the words: “60,000 CFP francs”;

2° The words: “Article L. 3332-13 of the Public Health Code” are replaced by the words: “the regulations applicable locally”.

IV. – (Repealed).

I. – Les dispositions du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre II de la deuxième partie mentionnées dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux II et III.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 2212-2-1 :

1° Les mots : “500 euros” sont remplacés par les mots : “60 000 francs CFP” ;

2° Les mots : “l’article L. 3332-13 du code de la santé publique” sont remplacés par les mots : “la réglementation applicable localement” .

IV. – (Abrogé).
