Article L2573-45 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Article L. 2331-11 is applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the provisions of II and III.

II. – For the application of the first paragraph, the words: “local laws and customs” are replaced by the words: “locally applicable provisions”.

III. – For the application of the second paragraph, the words: “as in matters of direct taxation” are replaced by the words: “in accordance with the regulations instituted by French Polynesia”.

I. – L’article L. 2331-11 est applicable aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserve des dispositions prévues aux II et III.

II. – Pour l’application du premier alinéa, les mots : ” des lois et usages locaux ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de dispositions applicables localement “.

III. – Pour l’application du deuxième alinéa, les mots : ” comme en matière d’impôts directs ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” conformément à la réglementation instituée par la Polynésie française “.
