Article L2624-1 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of the legislative provisions of Book IV to Saint-Barthélemy:
1° In 4° of Article L. 2411-1, the words: “mentioned in Article L. 411-2 of the Construction and Housing Code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
2° In Article L. 2412-2 :
a) In 2°, the words: “as defined in articles L. 311-1 et seq. of the Code de l’Urbanisme or an allotment as defined in articles L. 442-1 et seq. of the same code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
b) 3° is deleted;
c) In 4°, the words: “listed in article L. 411-2 of the French Construction and Housing Code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
3° In Articles L. 2422-4 and L. 2422-11, the words “defined in Article L. 125-1 of the Construction and Housing Code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
4° In Article L. 2430-2, the words: “mentioned in Article L. 411-2 of the Construction and Housing Code” are replaced by references to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose.

Article L2624-1

Pour l’application des dispositions législatives du livre IV à Saint-Barthélemy :
1° Au 4° de l’article L. 2411-1, les mots : ” mentionnés à l’article L. 411-2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet ;
2° A l’article L. 2412-2 :
a) Au 2°, les mots : ” définie aux articles L. 311-1 et suivants du code de l’urbanisme ou d’un lotissement défini aux articles L. 442-1 et suivants du même code ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet ;
b) Le 3° est supprimé ;
c) Au 4°, les mots : ” énumérés à l’article L. 411-2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet ;
3° Aux articles L. 2422-4 et L. 2422-11, les mots : ” définie à l’article L. 125-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet ;
4° A l’article L. 2430-2, les mots : ” mentionnés à l’article L. 411-2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés par les références aux dispositions applicables localement ayant le même objet.
