Article L312-13 of the French Consumer Code

At the borrower’s request, if the creditor is prepared to grant the borrower credit, the creditor shall provide, free of charge, in addition to the information referred to in Article L. 312-12, a copy of the contract offer on paper or any other durable medium.

Any additional information that the lender wishes to give the borrower is provided in a document separate from the sheet referred to in article L. 312-12.

Article L312-13

A la demande de l’emprunteur, le prêteur lui fournit sans frais, s’il est disposé à lui consentir un crédit, outre les informations mentionnées à l’article L. 312-12, un exemplaire de l’offre de contrat sur support papier ou tout autre support durable.

Toutes les informations complémentaires que le prêteur souhaite donner à l’emprunteur sont fournies dans un document distinct de la fiche mentionnée à l’article L. 312-12.
