Prior to entering into a transaction referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 312-84, the lender shall provide the borrower, on paper or on another durable medium, with information enabling the borrower to clearly understand the extent of its commitment.
The list and conditions of presentation of this information are set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
Préalablement à la conclusion d’une opération mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 312-84, le prêteur donne à l’emprunteur, sur support papier ou sur un autre support durable, les informations lui permettant d’appréhender clairement l’étendue de son engagement.
La liste et les conditions de présentation de ces informations sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
