Article L3121-31 of the French Labour Code

In companies where the collective weekly working time is greater than the legal weekly working time, the monthly remuneration due to the employee may be calculated by multiplying the hourly remuneration by fifty-two twelfths of this weekly working time, taking into account the wage increases corresponding to the overtime hours worked.

Dans les entreprises dont la durée collective hebdomadaire de travail est supérieure à la durée légale hebdomadaire, la rémunération mensuelle due au salarié peut être calculée en multipliant la rémunération horaire par les cinquante-deux douzièmes de cette durée hebdomadaire de travail, en tenant compte des majorations de salaire correspondant aux heures supplémentaires accomplies.
