At the end of their term of office, the elected representatives referred to in article L. 3123-7 benefit, at their request, from a refresher course organised within the company, particularly in the light of changes in their workstation or in the techniques used.

A la fin de leur mandat, les élus visés à l’article L. 3123-7 bénéficient à leur demande d’un stage de remise à niveau organisé dans l’entreprise, compte tenu notamment de l’évolution de leur poste de travail ou de celle des techniques utilisées.
