Article L314-1 of the French Tourism Code

A decree lays down the rules governing the closing hours of public houses whose main activity is the operation of a dance floor. This decree may stipulate that the sale of alcohol is no longer authorised in the said premises during a minimum period prior to the closure of the establishment.

Un décret fixe les règles relatives aux heures de fermeture des débits de boissons ayant pour activité principale l’exploitation d’une piste de danse. Ce décret peut prévoir que la vente d’alcool n’est plus autorisée dans ledit débit pendant une plage horaire minimale précédant la fermeture de l’établissement.
