Article L314-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where a payment order for an individual payment transaction is transmitted via a payment instrument covered by a payment services framework contract governed by the provisions of Subsection 2 or a deposit account agreement governed by the provisions of I of Article L. 312-1-1, the payment service provider is not obliged to provide or make available to the payment service user the information referred to in this sub-section, which has already been or will be provided to him by his payment service provider under this framework contract or agreement.

Lorsqu’un ordre de paiement relatif à une opération de paiement isolée est transmis par l’intermédiaire d’un instrument de paiement relevant d’un contrat-cadre de services de paiement régi par les dispositions de la sous-section 2 ou d’une convention de compte de dépôt régie par les dispositions du I de l’article L. 312-1-1, le prestataire de services de paiement n’est pas dans l’obligation de fournir à l’utilisateur ou de mettre à sa disposition les informations mentionnées à la présente sous-section, qui lui ont déjà été ou qui lui seront fournies par son prestataire de services de paiement en vertu de ce contrat-cadre ou de cette convention.
