Article L3142-54 of the French Labour Code

Any employee under the age of twenty-five wishing to participate in the activities of youth and popular education organisations and sports federations and associations approved by the administrative authority to promote the preparation and training or further training of managers and leaders is entitled, each year, to training leave for youth managers and leaders which may be taken in one or two instalments at the request of the beneficiary.

Le salarié âgé de moins de vingt-cinq ans souhaitant participer aux activités des organisations de jeunesse et d’éducation populaire et des fédérations et associations sportives agréées par l’autorité administrative destinées à favoriser la préparation et la formation ou le perfectionnement de cadres et animateurs a droit, chaque année, à un congé de formation de cadres et d’animateurs pour la jeunesse pouvant être pris en une ou deux fois à la demande du bénéficiaire.
