Article L3142-67 of the French Labour Code

An employee participating in a mission outside France on behalf of a humanitarian association governed by the law of 1st July 1901 relating to the contract of association or entered in the register of associations in application of the local civil code applicable to the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, or on behalf of an international organisation of which France is a member, is entitled to international solidarity leave.

The list of associations and organisations mentioned in the first paragraph is drawn up by the administrative authority.

Le salarié participant à une mission hors de France pour le compte d’une association à objet humanitaire régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association ou inscrite au registre des associations en application du code civil local applicable aux départements du Bas-Rhin, du Haut-Rhin et de la Moselle, ou pour le compte d’une organisation internationale dont la France est membre, a droit à un congé de solidarité internationale.

La liste des associations et organisations mentionnées au premier alinéa est fixée par l’autorité administrative.
