Shares sold for valuable consideration or free of charge in accordance with Article L. 322-22 may be traded on the financial market after the expiry of periods and under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Les actions des sociétés centrales d’assurance sont nominatives.

Les actions cédées à titre onéreux ou gratuit conformément à l’article L. 322-22 sont négociables sur le marché financier au terme de délais et dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
