Article L324-2 of the French Tourism Code

All offers or contracts for seasonal rental must be in writing and contain an indication of the price requested as well as a description of the premises.

Any offer to let mentioned in II of article L. 324-1-1 must contain the declaration number mentioned in this article and indicate, under conditions defined by decree, whether the offer is from a private individual or a professional within the meaning ofarticle 155 of the General Tax Code.

Toute offre ou contrat de location saisonnière doit revêtir la forme écrite et contenir l’indication du prix demandé ainsi qu’un état descriptif des lieux.

Toute offre de location mentionnée au II de l’article L. 324-1-1 contient le numéro de déclaration mentionné à cet article et indique, dans des conditions définies par décret, si l’offre émane d’un particulier ou d’un professionnel au sens de l’article 155 du code général des impôts.
