Article L3253-18-4 of the French Labour Code

If the claims cannot be paid in full or in part from the funds available, the guarantee institutions referred to in article L. 3253-14 shall pay the funds upon presentation by the foreign liquidator or any other person performing a function similar to that of the judicial representative, the judicial administrator or the liquidator, of the statements of unpaid claims.

The last paragraph of Article L. 3253-19 is applicable.

Article L3253-18-4

Si les créances ne peuvent être payées en tout ou partie sur les fonds disponibles, les institutions de garantie mentionnées à l’article L. 3253-14 procèdent au versement des fonds sur présentation par le syndic étranger ou par toute autre personne exerçant une fonction similaire à celle du mandataire judiciaire, de l’administrateur judiciaire ou du liquidateur, des relevés des créances impayées.

Le dernier alinéa de l’article L. 3253-19 est applicable.
