Article L330-1 of the French Sports Code

For the period running from the tenth day prior to the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games until the close of these Games, any individual decision by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee in respect of a natural or legal person relating to the constitution, organisation or management of the French delegation to the Olympic Games is taken on behalf of the International Olympic Committee.

For the period running from the tenth day prior to the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games until the close of these Games, any individual decision by the French Paralympic and Sports Committee in respect of a natural or legal person relating to the constitution, organisation or management of the French delegation to the Paralympic Games is taken on behalf of the International Paralympic Committee.

Pour la période courant du dixième jour précédant la cérémonie d’ouverture des jeux Olympiques jusqu’à la clôture de ces jeux, toute décision individuelle du Comité national olympique et sportif français à l’égard d’une personne physique ou morale relative à la constitution, l’organisation ou la direction de la délégation française aux jeux Olympiques est prise pour le compte du Comité international olympique.

Pour la période courant du dixième jour précédant la cérémonie d’ouverture des jeux Paralympiques jusqu’à la clôture de ces jeux, toute décision individuelle du Comité paralympique et sportif français à l’égard d’une personne physique ou morale relative à la constitution, l’organisation ou la direction de la délégation française aux jeux Paralympiques est prise pour le compte du Comité international paralympique.
