The offer free of charge or sale by a producer or manufacturer, to any person other than those authorised by article L. 3322-5, of anethol or essences that may be used in the manufacture of alcoholic beverages, is punishable by a fine of €3,750.

Any person authorised by article L. 3322-5 to purchase these products and resell them on the domestic market, contrary to the provisions of this article, is liable to a fine of €3,750.

Any pharmacist dispensing these products without a medical prescription is liable to a fine of €3,750.

Article L3351-3

L’offre à titre gratuit ou la vente par un producteur ou un fabricant, à toute autre personne que celles autorisées par l’article L. 3322-5, d’anéthol ou d’essences pouvant servir à la fabrication de boissons alcooliques, est punie de 3 750 euros d’amende.

Le fait pour toute personne autorisée par l’article L. 3322-5 à acheter ces produits, de les revendre sur le marché intérieur, contrairement aux dispositions de cet article, est puni de 3 750 euros d’amende.

Le fait pour un pharmacien de délivrer ces produits sans ordonnance médicale, est puni de 3 750 euros d’amende.
